Welcome!
If you're here for the first time,  or at any time, we want you to feel comfortable. When you
enter through the main doors, you will be warmly greeted and offered the bulletin for the day which contains announcements and the order of the services for the day. Please feel free to join any class or quietly relax in our narthex where  we have plenty of literature that you can read or take with you to enjoy later.

Our greeters will be pleased to share directions to our Bible study classes
(which start at 9:30 AM) or to the restrooms or our fellowship hall where we have lunch.

Every Sabbath about a half hour after the church service, we serve a FREE plant based lunch for members and visito
rs. We gather in the narthex after the church service. When we hear the bell, we gather for a prayer of blessing for the food. After the prayer, we invite our guests to lead the way through the buffet line. The meal is certainly optional, but it's a wonderful time to fellowship.

What Should I Do with My Children?

Every Sabbath morning, beginning at 9:30 AM we have classes for the children. The classes are organized by ages beginning with infancy. The greeters will show you the right class for your children’s age group or you can check out our facility map to plan ahead.

There is also a Mother’s Room  (see white rectangle in photo) close to the sanctuary where you can take crying or unsettled children during the worship service but still hear and see the service.

What Should I Wear?

Simply wear what you would to a meeting with someone special, like  a dignitary, or a president of a bank etc.

The most common attire is to wear business-casual clothes. Most women wear dresses and some of the men, suits and ties. It however is not uncommon for some to come in nice jeans and shirts. We encourage you to dress in ways that are modest, and in ways that do not distract distract.

Regardless of what you wear, you are welcome to worship with us.

Can I Participate in the Service?

First, we respect your right to simply sit and watch! Your level of participation in our worship service is completely up to you. But if you wish, there are ways you can participate. For instance, there’s excellent music of some sort at each worship service. Most of these musical presentations are times when people attending worship can sing along. Words to songs will be in the song books (called “hymnals”) under the chair in front of you. The page numbers will be announced up front and also in the bulletin. Prayer is led by worship leaders up front, and we welcome you to pray with them in your heart as they do so.
